I went to Hendrick Lexus a few weeks ago with my 2021 Lexus Hybrid On A FLATBED TOW TRUCK. This Is about the 3rd or 4TH Time This Has Happened To Me. I’m A 66 year old DISABLED AMERICAN FEMALE VETERAN Lexus Hybrid On A FLATBED TOW TRUCK. This Is about the 3rd or 4TH Time This Has Happened To Me. I’m A 66 year old DISABLED AMERICAN FEMALE VETERAN IN DIRE NEED OF A DEPENDABLE AUTOMOBILE. My Car Was Supposedly Completely SHUT DOWN, Because OF A SERVICE UPDATE. I HAVE Been To HENDRICK LEXUS Probably 4-5 Times In The LAST YEAR “With LOW Battery Charge ISSUES”! This Is Considerably Concerning for A 66 years old Seasoned Senior Citizen. This Is Thousands Pieces OF: Metal Aluminum And Plastic That I AM ENTRUSTING MY LIFE TO, DAILY. I Want It To Take Me SAFELY TO MY DESTINATION AND BRING ME BACK HOME SAFELY. I Currently Have No Idea ON ANY GIVEN DAY IF THIS WILL TRANSPIRE. I’m SO Very Extremely EXHAUSTED, UPSET, FRUSTRATED, THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TRADE MY CAR WITH ONLY 8400 MILES ON IT. THE DEAL HENDRICK LEXUS TRIED TO ROB MY FINANCIAL FUNDS WITH, A BLIND MAN COULD HAVE SEEN THROUGH IT. SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME The More I TAKE MY CAR TO HENDRICK LEXUS, It RUNS WORSE, WORST AND Horrendously WORSER. I AT This POINT WOULD NOT TRUST HENDRICK LEXUS, TO REPAIR A TRICYCLE NOR A BICYCLE. Hendrick Lexus Has TRIED WITH GREAT LENGTH’s TO TAKE EXTREMELY ADVANTAGE OF: 1. Me Being A Disabled American Veteran 2. FEMALE 3. SENIOR CITIZEN 4. NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED 5. NO SALES EXPERIENCE 6. TRUSTINGLY HENDRICK LEXUS to do RIGHT BY ME FOR OWNING A LEXUS 7. Thinking MY CAR WAS REPAIRED, CORRECTLY 8. Repaired Right: A. First Time B. Second Time C. Third Time D. Fourth Time E. Fifth Time F. Sixth Time NOW AFTER ALL THESE PRIOR: REPAIR ATTEMPTS. I’m Truly NOT TRUSTINGLY ANYMORE OF My CAR NOR MY TIME, WILL BE USED AS, GUIENA PIGS. Hendrick LEXUS Will No LONGER BE ENTRUSTED TO REPAIR MY 8400 Miles HYBRID LEXUS. Hendricks Lexus’ service department has been absolutely fantastic to me. I had a couple of issues with my car after purchasing it used at another Lexus dealership, I brought it to Hendricks and Craig, a se fantastic to me. I had a couple of issues with my car after purchasing it used at another Lexus dealership, I brought it to Hendricks and Craig, a service advisor, took necessary steps to not only fix my car but collaborate with the dealership with which I had recently bought my car to cover the expenses. Craig and his team truly went above and beyond and I am forever grateful for the high level of service and customer care he has provided me throughout our time working together. I would recommend Hendrick Lexus and more specifically their service department to anyone in the area that owns a Lexus.
