I have been bringing my Lexus in for service for few years now and ALWAYS work with Ramon, Unfortunately for me this time my car needed quit a bit of work done BUT Ramon helped us out and his customer s years now and ALWAYS work with Ramon, Unfortunately for me this time my car needed quit a bit of work done BUT Ramon helped us out and his customer service was superb as always. Since we had a few things needing to be worked on he was able to get us in a loaner car at no extra cost ( I was thinking I would be having to go and get a rental) and not only that just his attention to detail and ability to remember things about my husband and myself just shows he truly cares about his customers and goes that extra mile! I will forever be a lifelong customer and I am so thankful to have found a dealership who shows they care. More
