When Dave wasn't certain about some new features, he made sure that I got the right information by reaching out to Anthony Watkins. Dave was very helpful in bringing in another Pilot that wasn't in the existing Woodbridge inventory, getting us a decent price on the SUV, and getting everything ready for me when I was ready to buy. Most important thing for me was that Dave asserted no pressure when I told him that I needed time to consider my options. When Dave couldn't come in on the day that I was ready to buy the car, he asked Anthony to work with me instead and it was a great arrangement. Anthony was just as helpful and professional as Dave was. Anthony was very patient even when I decided to go for another SUV trim and was willing to help getting the price a little lower. I would have like the price to be lower still (therefore the 4-star instead of the 5-star overall rating) but it was close enough to be acceptable. The only downside of the entire process was the fact that I had to wait over an hour to see Iver Zambrana but once I did, Iver provided all the necessary information that I needed to finalize the transaction and again - no pressure, no sale pitch! All three gentlemen were very professional, super courteous and very friendly! And the new Pilot ride home is fantastic too!!! More

Would buy from again I'm not a fan of buying cars. Especially when you have a trade in, long negotiations, financing options, warranties, etc. I find most dealerships un I'm not a fan of buying cars. Especially when you have a trade in, long negotiations, financing options, warranties, etc. I find most dealerships unbearable and sales people way too aggressive and dishonest. Add in the fact that the whole car buying process feels antiquated, its typically an exhausting and frustrating day-long process. However, this dealership is one of the better ones from my experience. We made the trip down from southern Maryland for a specific (used) car. I found the price to be reasonable, Oscar our sales person was friendly, personable, helpful, and honest, and the overall process was relatively quick. Negotiations were relatively quick and a reasonable compromise was made after some deliberation. Oscar definitely helped smooth the process over. The financing session was fairly quick and not pushy compared to some I've dealt with in the past, but it was close to closing time so that may have sped things along. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership and our salesperson, Oscar. More

Luckily for me, that $10 Scouting Virginia's Honda Dealerships is like putting your hand in a needle stack hoping to get the $100 hidden in the stack. Luckily for me, that $100 was Hendricks Honda with Oscar and their sales team. Unlike the previous Honda dealerships who either refused to work with reasonable prices (Tysons) or had managers who were xxxxxxxx (Fairfax), Oscar helped make the process easy and negotiated a great deal with the manager while being supremely polite and respectful. I came out with a much better car and deal then with other dealerships. Also like to note that Chinaka is also a really great guy and helped make the financial side of car buying not as daunting as others would have. More
