One of the Most Exceptional Customer Service Experiences My recent trip to Hendrick Honda was AMAZING and I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had gone to Mr. Kamga months My recent trip to Hendrick Honda was AMAZING and I received some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had gone to Mr. Kamga months ago and test drove the 2016 Honda HRV. I was referred to him by someone in the service department while I was waiting for my car to be ready. He was not pushy at all and I told him I would come back when I was ready. Yesterday I went back and saw Mr. Kamga again and ended up wanting to trade my car in before it was too late. Mr. Tunstall, Mr. Kamga, and Mr. Zambrana made this process as painless as possible given I had quite a bit of negative equity from my previous vehicle. I was not pressured and was reassured repeatedly that if the offer was not in my best interest, I would be advised to decline. I had my reservations about going back due to a previous experience, but this one changed that for me. I am very thankful to all three of them because this was my very first brand new vehicle purchase and I am very satisfied with it. When I do decide to get another vehicle in the future, I will look to them for my business needs. THANK YOU!!! More

Unprofessional I went to this honda dealership to buy a brand new accord. An they tried to low-ball me on my trade in evaluation. They offered my 2700 for my lexus t I went to this honda dealership to buy a brand new accord. An they tried to low-ball me on my trade in evaluation. They offered my 2700 for my lexus then offered me 5000 as if they were doing me a favor. At the end the total came to 37,500 dollars. I then went to Landmark honda with a deal of 31000 with a 6500 trade in appraisal on the same car. I told hendrick an they said they will beat it so i went back to them an when i got there the manager wasnt there. After the told me to come i left a deal at the other dealership an they dont even have the respect to be there after asking me to come back. So I went back the following day cause once again they ask me to an to no surprise Charles wasnt there so they tried to delay me until he was there, like hes the only manager. So as i started to leave they ask me to sit down for one min to start the process an i agreed. I had only one question can you match this offer of 31000 an a remote start. An they had the nerve to call this man once again an he wouldnt accept the deal unless he spoke with me. So I left as Mr. Bob definitely tried to convince him. An then he calls my phone an says i didnt give him a time of my arrival an im leaving a great warranty. Forget the warranty its the principle. I went to Pohanka Honda 31000 w/remote start done. Check was in hand. An Hendrick knew that as well. Neverrrrrr again will i go to Hendrick or recommend them. More
