They did a few things to the car to get it ready to sell and I am very happy with it. No high pressure sales or phony sales gimmicks. Just straight, honest talk. Trying to buy a NEW car. Worst experience EVER! I first spoke with a gentleman by the name of Leo, who was beyond rude, condescending and blatantly did not care about my questions, wishes or anything. I simply ended the call stating that I would take my business else where and I plan too. I then receive a text message Tarigue, I explained to him that I had ZERO interest in purchasing the vehicle from his location after the way his salesman was over the phone. He apologized and asked me whom I spoke with, in which I provided all of the information of whom I spoke with. He then asked what he could do to sell me the car. My request are not unreasonable and other dealerships stated that they would honor the incentives for me. I simply wanted the bottom out the door pricing and provided the exact car that I am interested in. I have spoken with several other Honda dealerships and none have been as hard to deal with then this location. I finally asked again for the OTD pricing and he came back and said they would pass on the deal? What deal, as you have yet to give me pricing?? He then sends me a price of $28 and change and I was like NO as I mentioned I can get the car locally for almost 2K dollars less. I don't normally write reviews as I would simply take my business elsewhere, but the lack of professionalism is beyond anything I have encountered in a long time, and I work in sales so I'm not trying to get over, or ask for too much. I do think that Leo needs a class on professionalism or he wont be selling any vehicles at your location. Word of mouth and the way you treat people will hurt your sales. There are other Honda dealerships in the area, stay clear or hopefully you wont deal with the attitudes that I have or feeling like I don't know what I am talking about. I have done my research, and I am not asking for a car with unreasonable demands. More

When I arrived at the dealership Dennis was available right away. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I'm not an impulse buyer and throughout the two weeks following my initial visit, Dennis continued to help me through text with every question and request I had. I really like that he uses emojis when he texts. It made the experience more personal, especially because I bugged him so much. He was very patient and friendly. We agreed on an outstanding price, lower than I could get any other local Honda dealership to go. When I finally returned to finalize the purchase, Dennis wasn't there (which made me sad) but I then had the pleasure of working with Oscar! Dennis had left Oscar all my details and the keys to the cars in the two colors I was deciding between. Oscar was just as helpful and friendly as Dennis. Just like working with Dennis, Oscar made me feel personally taken care of. I liked that Oscar told me a little about himself in response to what he was learning about me. When it was time for me to move to financing to work with the lovely Anthony, Oscar stuck around while Anthony and I went through all the paperwork. Anthony was a pleasure to work with and made the boring paperwork less boring by making conversation, again making the experience more personal. I am also very pleased with the interest rate Anthony was able to get me; it was lower than I had expected! We finally finished up around eleven at night (I arrived pretty late) and Oscar was there waiting to personally give me the keys to my new car. Because it was so late, he and I agreed I would return for him to show me how to use all the fancy technology. I felt really bad I kept Oscar and Anthony so late, but neither of them made me feel like the pain in the neck I was. I would endlessly recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda (especially because I had a TERRIBLE experience at Fairfax Honda, DO NOT GO THERE). I loved the car but could not return until the next day to purchase. Oscar had me fill out some paperwork that night to speed the process up the next day. I was able to get the vehicle for the price i wanted with the monthly payments I was looking for. Everyone that participated in the process was very friendly and helpful and made the experience great! More

I contact the salesman Irfan, and he tells me to bring the car and they will take care of it. Today, I went to the dealer to get my key and they tell that another customer has it and that they need to program and new one (they offered to fill the car with gas as goodwill gesture, which impressed me at first). I drop the car at the Service Department and I was told to come back in three hours, I leave the dealer and they call and leave a voicemail saying that they don't have keys and the key has to be ordered and it will take about 10 days to get here. They fail on three levels 1) not making sure they deliver all correct materials with the car 2) failing to detect that they gave me a wrong key for a different car, 3) telling a customer to come down to the dealer without making sure that the appropriate part was ordered beforehand. The manager was indifferent to the situation. In short, avoid this dealer at all cost. If you can't go to another dealer, at least avoid dealing with the salesman named Irfan. More
