Inspection and Maintenance I purchased my first Honda in 1989 and kept it in running condition. Earlier this year I sold it.. In 2010 we purchased a CRV. Personally I have been dealing with the people in the service department of the Honda dealership in Woodbridge, VA since 1989. I have been extremely pleased with the various service writers whom I have found to be knowledgeable, truthful and respectful. Jeff Gossman is definitely one of these. I am told which repairs are needed and why. I am also told which repairs are not critical and can be delayed. Because we own an RV, both vehicles have been toads with all four wheels on the ground. As a result, the mileage is a result of both driving miles and toad miles. Jeff takes this into account when recommending both immediate and delayed service. I will continue to request him as my service writer when I make future appointments. More
