It was a good experience, and coming from us (in consideration of our previous purchases at other Honda dealerships), this is an excellent rating. I asked many direct questions and received sensible replies. Gail Jasper is very courteous and pleasant to work with, as was the business mgr, Rodrigo DaSilva. The dealership was clean and not exceedingly noisy, thus allowing us the chance to think clearly. The process: Please note that we had already obtained pre-approval from AHFC and pre-selected the exact auto. Despite this, it still took nearly 3 hours to complete the entire transaction. While part of this is unavoidable, buying a car should not be an all day process. Hendrick is better than most dealerships in getting things done quickly, but consider that we walked in 9:00 AM sharp. My criticism is directed, therefore, against the "process of make 'em stay by delay" employed by auto dealerships in general. Overall, Hendrick was professional and thorough, and much of this is due to their staff: Luke, Gail and Rodrigo. We would recommend them and we will likely return. More

Guillermo was very helpful and it was very fortunate that he was bilingual. The ONLY thing I wished I was informed about my car was that it's a DX. I didn't know that I would have to adjust my rear view mirr he was bilingual. The ONLY thing I wished I was informed about my car was that it's a DX.
