My overall experience was probably different for most. I am a college student and the help I received to finance my car was great. The price was easy because the dealer accepted my USAA price. They did do their best to get me a good deal on the financing. As a college student I would definitely recommend this dealership to buy a Honda. The car, 2012 Honda Civic LX, itself was new and I received a full tank of gas. As a college student getting a full tank of gas on the house is always nice. The car had no scratches or anything wrong and it runs very well. Its expected of a Honda to run well. The process with Justin and Mr. Alami went fairly smooth. However the experience was good. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Honda. More

We chose to visit Hendrick Honda because of the wide variety of used Hondas listed on their website. We were pleased to find an exceptionally friendly, accomodating staff at this dealership without any variety of used Hondas listed on their website. When the Woodbridge dealership did not have exactly what we were looking for, they were more than willing to work with us to get a used Honda Odyssey shipped from another dealership. We worked with Corbaan Raza as our salesperson, George the Sales Manager and Mark in the Finance Department. Everyone went out of their way to meet all our needs and we couldn't have asked for better service. We were especially pleased with George's offer of a loaner vehicle to use until the van we purchased arrived from Florida. We had recently totaled a van in an accident and really appreciated this gesture as it saved us the money and hassle of a rental car for a few days. Corbaan kept in regular contact with us during the time the vehicle was being transported to Woodbridge and took his time to go over every feature in the vehicle when it arrived. He also took us on a very detailed test drive when we initially started looking at the Odyssey. Mark made sure all the finance details were handled smoothly, including transferring the registration and license plates of the totaled vehicle to the purchased vehicle. Best of all, our Odyssey arrived from Florida and was detailed and inspected thoroughly by Hendrick Honda. They provided us with all the detailed inspection paperwork, and even a full tank of gas. So this was not your average everyday vehicle purchase, but the people at Hendrick Honda made it a very pleasant, smooth experience for us. To say we were impressed is an understatement. We look forward to recommending Hendrick to anyone we know who is shopping for a car. More

The guy "Moody" was horrible. The other salespeople were good. He completely went back on what he promised after I reached the dealership. I have been a Hendrick honda customer for many many I have been a Hendrick honda customer for many many years. Until recently i felt good about going there.But the last few years have made me re-thin I have been a Hendrick honda customer for many many years. Until recently i felt good about going there.But the last few years have made me re-think my options of choosing another dealership. i drove into the dealer to have a 90000 mile service done on my 2008 accord. i sat in my car for 10 minutes only to have 4 service people on the left side ignore me. They all looked up and then turned away. A couple of them even walked away. i then proceeded to get out of my car and ask for help from 1 of the guys. he told me he would be with me shortly and went back to talking on his cell phone. I later found out his name was John.I waited by my car until a guy who i assumed to be the manager sitting in the back yelled to another guy to help me. This guy reluctantly offered to help me.I believe his name was Ray.I then asked questions about the 90000 mile service and he became irritated when i decided that i did not need the entire service, since the majority of it had alredy been done on a previous visit.He then says o me you had me go through all that and all u want is a oil change. I told him that I wanted a manager. He walks to the guy at the desk in the back who gets up and walks away. I then ask for someone else. He walks in the office in the backand comes out and says my boss is busy. I asked for the name of his boss and he throws a card on the desk with a name Rj Crites on it.he then proceeded to tell me that if i didnt want to get any work done that i could take my car and leave. This is the worst I have ever been treated at Hendrick . I did in fact take mycar and will never go back there again. I will tell everyone I kmow about my experience. More
