They made it seem as if I was their priority but the numbers don't lie...and there's was down right insulting. But then I went to Hendrick Honda in Pompano Beach. Preston Williams worked with me so that I drove away in my new Accord, with way more than quoted for my old Civic, and my payments at a comfortable place. Preston made sure I left happy. We had bought an Accord last year from him last year and had such a positive experience that we sought him out to handle this year's purchase. Once again, he was knowledgeable, relaxed and helpful. That was also true of our experience with arranging the financing. Overall, I would describe the whole car buying experience as "excellent." In fact, it's too bad there's not a higher category than "excellent" because "excellent" doesn't seem high enough to describe the experience. We'll definitely be back for our next purchase! In fact, I have already recommended that Mansur to a friend who is about\to go car shopping. More
