Owner of a New Honda Accord I first began my look for a car by going online just as anyone does and found a few prices. Although, I recalled a salesman i was recommended, whose n I first began my look for a car by going online just as anyone does and found a few prices. Although, I recalled a salesman i was recommended, whose name was Mansur. Going to him was the best decision i made while buying this car. He was able to provide me with a great price that no one could match and he was very clear and straightforward with me. He didn't beat around the bush for when we discussed a price. He was able to clearly tell me everything i needed to know about my car, and the models below and above it so i could compare. He even brought multiple models out so that i could compare and see which suited me best. This, couldn't be done online and I'm thankful for it. The service here was excellent, especially Mansur he was exceptional salesman and i would definitely go to him again for another Honda, or recommend him to others. More

It was time to replace our Odyssey wit We are an experienced Honda family, having owned four different vehicles plus two motorcycles and a generator. It was time to replace our Odyssey with a smaller CRV. Sales rep, John Budree saw we had done our homework online and knew what type, model, and options we wanted. He made some constructive suggestions that helped fine tune our selection but never did he try to steer us in another direction or choice like another dealership did. He made us feel like a team, working together to complete the purchase with no high pressure or disrespect toward us. John Budree and Hendrick Honda had to locate our selection at another dealership and have it shipped to Hendrick Honda. Three days later, we took delivery with all 8 selected options installed. A Great experience. More

Worst Buying Experience When I walked into this Dealer, it took 20 minutes to have a salesperson recognize that I was there. There were four salespeople standing by the door When I walked into this Dealer, it took 20 minutes to have a salesperson recognize that I was there. There were four salespeople standing by the door just talking to each other. I was given a quote for the a 2015 Accord with my trade higher than other dealers without a trade. I told the salesperson the price that I was looking for and he said that was not possible, would I like to try another price. There was no counter offer, just have a nice day. I went the next day to AutoNation Honda and purchased my new Honda at close to my original price. Do not waste your time here, go directly to AutoNation. More

They certainly tried for me to stay. I decided to call David Emmer in the Internet Dept at Hendrick Honda back and said I am ready to make a deal right now I'm coming over what do you have for me?. I got the price I wanted, the rate I expected and was treated with appreciation and courtesy like a customer should..and they did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied and left with a positive experience. While getting a car anywhere certainly isn't a quick in and out procedure wherever you might go, I truly recommend the guys over at Hendrick and if I had to go back tomorrow for another car I would. When I am ready to get my wife another car they for sure earned by return business today. Troy Alley in Sales was great to deal with and Arshad Haq in Finance was an unexpected pleasure to work with as he thoroughly explained all of my options and was very informative and understanding. My sales rep was Preston Williams and being this is my 1st Honda purchase, I made sure I did my research! Mr. Williams did not skip a beat with fully knowing about the Crosstour model I wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable about features and options and the way every gadget worked in the vehicle. The Best Experience! This was the first car that I had purchased in over 10 years. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My first visit to Pompano Honda was with my husband and we were shopping around for the best price. My husband was impressed right away with the price and the way that they were straight forward with no game playing. We went to another dealership and we were not impressed at all. My experience with Pompano Honda was great. I went back to Pompano Honda alone and met with Dave Reeve after speaking with him on the phone and he introduced me to my sales consultant Carlos Brasil. He greeted me with a big smile and I immediately felt comfortable. He was wonderful to work with. Carlos explained everything to my understanding. I admit that I am not the easiest person to deal with but every time I asked him for something else or to do something he went back to his sales manager, Clint Briggs with a big smile. We all worked together and sealed the deal. What a pleasure it was to sit there and not feel taken advantage of or pressured. I was also impressed with Rene Gomez who helped me with the financing part of the process. Carlos went over the car with me and explained everything in detail. He knew the equipment and the Navigation system inside and out where as the other Honda dealership didn't have a clue. He was so patient with me and took all the time I needed. He also said that if I ever needed help I could come back and he would explain it to me again. Before I left, I gave him a big hug and thanked him for all his help. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful.
