Hendrick Honda Bradenton

This is the second certified used car I have purchased from Rich Marchiafava and Hendrick Honda. The first being my daughters gorgeous Passat In august of 2011. I was really tired of her driving a nicer vehicle than my PT Cruiser Gt Convertible which was costing me an arm and leg in repair bills. I called Rich on a Wednesday evening and purchased my car on my lunch hour the next day. It was not an impulse buy. I told him I wanted a car on steroids. Not an SUV but something with a bit of lux and character. Oh boy did he come through, he listened to my entire criteria and found my "new" baby. Infinity FX35. In my price range. I highly recommend Rich and Hendrick Honda. I hate car shopping and as a woman in her 40's some dealers talk down to you or finance tries to oversell add ons. That's where Steve came in. No BS. Knew what I wanted and didnt try to over sell. I LOVE my "New Car". Scott the manager was great on helping the pricing. I'm very satisfied. According to Consumer Reports. Rich got me out of the Worst of The Worst used car and put me in the Best of the Best. For the same car payment. Ladies, you don't need a guy with you,I know it's hard to believe but Rich and Hendrick will treat you right and really care and follow up. I actually trust a car salesman! More

We were in town for our daughters gymnastic event and dropped by to look at a car we saw online. They didn't have it but quickly found us something even better. I'm what you might consider a "seasoned" customer as I recently moved back to Bradenton for my retirement years. My sales person, David, was very informative, knowledgable, patient, and most of all a good listener (remembering everything I said and asked) even my fast talking ways and changing the subject often. I am very impressed by him. I wasn't sure if I really wanted to make a purchase at this time and get into car payments again, but because of my whole experience at your dealership, even the politeness and attention given to me by the receptionist when I initially called to get some information and also during my visit, and especially by one of your sales managers, Josh, who I found to be very pleasant and attentive. I found the selection of used vehicles to be one of the best in the area, as I had already gone to some other dealerships in Bradenton, and I liked the atmosphere in the showroom. He certainly knew what my preferences were regarding color, and style, so with that in mind, he decided to check out the 2006 Accord that was on your lot. Tony Pinto was our salesman. Tony was friendly, professional, and congenial. A good sense of humor is very important to me, and he and my husband had me laughing a lot. Tony represented his company well. At no time did we feel pressured or "strong armed". The end of the story is that I am driving a beautiful Honda Accord, and most importantly, my husband and I have made a new friend.
