This is our 3rd car from Hendrick Honda. Our salesperson Jim Knoerzer, was excellent. He was courteous, friendly, patient, and was not pushy! He helped us make the right choice for us and stay within our budget, and was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We had a pleasant experience and we would definitely buy from him again, and will recommend him to our friends. Brittany Aiscowitz, the finance person, was also excellent. She was friendly, knowlegeable and helped us make the right choices without being pushy - another pleasant experience. So far, all of our buying experiences at Hendrick have been good ones and we will defintely go back to them for our next vehicle. More

I came into Hendrick after working with a different dealer for a week. Left frustrated with their vehicle and lack of customer service. I went to Hendrick Honda Cars of Bradenton with my 13mth daughter in tow by myself. The gentlemen were all so kind and helpful. I worked with David Marzullo, Josh, Sales manager and Stephen Morris Finance manager. David was so patient and understanding with my baby and our needs. He helped me through it all with a great attitude. He was very thorough with all the paperwork and answered my many questions and never once lost his cool. I left feeling great about my purchase because they had taken care of everything. I test drove and purchased a Certified pre-owned Honda Odyssey. Never the less we were treated extremely well and were shown as many cars as we wanted, before finally deciding on the one we purchased. Stephen Morris, Hendricks finance manager was very helpful and also fun to deal with. Once again the entire Hendricks Honda Bradenton staff made the buying experience entirely pleasant. BTW when we arrived at Hendricks Honda we were immediately offered coffee and snacks in their lounge, and the coffee was quite good. More

Flint arranged for service on our 2007 LEXUS which we bought in Pennsylvania but have an SERVICE CONTRACT with Hendricks Lexus of Charlotte,NC. Your Hendricks Honda dealership in Florida honored it. We were very pleased to have that kind of service from Hendricks. Our service took approximately 1 1/2 hours and RC Flint kept us informed of the progress and explained the service findings very throughly. We were then introduced to Tammy Hines. Again, we were very very pleased with Tammy. As far as we are concerned she went above and beyond to help us. We told her about our experience with Hendricks Lexus Dealer in Charlotte regarding our Extended Warranty which we DIDN"T purchase from Hendricks. Tammy proceeded to contact the warranty company and then Hendricks Lexus in Charlotte. She resolved the issue we had to our satisfaction. She didn't have to get involved but she did. Both Tammy and RC Flint are great examples of superb service which keeps customers coming back. If we decide to purchase a Honda we will definately purchase it from Hendricks of Bradenton. Plus we have enough confidence in Hendricks Honda of Brandenton to have ALL Future service performed on our LEXUS at Hendricks Honda of Brandenton .
