Hendrick Honda Bradenton

In under 5 years I have purchased 6 cars from Hendrick Honda. I'm not sure at this point if it's because I love Honda or if I love buying cars from Hendrick Honda of Bradenton. I think its great when you feel comfortable buying a car, dealing and purchasing and closing the loan and taking your new car home. Again, I purchased my third car from Mike Knight who makes you feel super comfortable while shopping and never makes you feel pressured to buy something you aren't comfortable with. He's knowledgeable about the products and helpful in making the choice. Mark Russell, seems to know me well and doesn't make it difficult to stay within my budget and does everything he can to help me everytime. Robert did what I call a PERFECT job in helping my daughter buy her first new car. First off Robert was just plain nice to us. He scheduled some personal time to help unravel the complexities of the navigation system which was much appreciated. The sales process was simple enough. The sales folks (Scott, Bill and Travis) were competent and cordial. The problems that I encounterted were over inaccurate advertising (claimed vehicle was owned by (Scott, Bill and Travis) were competent and cordial. The problems that I encounterted were over inaccurate advertising (claimed vehicle was owned by a non-smoker - my wife will not ride in it even though I have replaced mattings, shampooed carpet, cleaned headliner and have new leather like interior on order to cover the fabric) and extremely sloppy and poor detailing of the vehicle. In addition, equipment on the car when I first saw it was not on it at time of delivery (front bug deflector). Overall - Sales = B+ Service/Pre Delivery = F. Maybe they had a bad day... happens. Would love to be able to recommend them, just can't. More
