I was at Hendrick Honda for an oil change on my 2012 Honda Accord Coupe when I ran into Richard. I wanted a Sportscar with specific items and Richard was professional, yet friendly and patient while I tried out a ton of cars. I loved the car and bought it!! But now back to reality, what I really needed was a car that had four doors, room for my mulch and was comfortable for long drives. Richard was wonderful while I wandered around the lot. There was never any pressure and I felt very comfortable with trying out several vehicles. I am now the proud owner of a Honda Crosstour and I really really love it.
