I was there to service my current my current 2010 Honda Fit. I had bought it used and my warranty was about up. I spoke with Richard and he introduced me to my raspberry beauty..I love the Fit. It is a great car, had loads of room and looks cool. Besides all that it is a great deal. It gets great gas millage, as I drive 30 miles to and from work. I was too anxious about purchasing a new car after a car accident and failed to recognize that the car I test drove and thought I had purchased was not the one given to me drive off the lot. The test drive accident and failed to recognize that the car I test drove and thought I had purchased was not the one given to me drive off the lot. The test driven car had power seats. The car I was given, after 8hrs at the dealership, has manual seats. This does matter to me. Additionally, there were errors in the amounts charged. I brought this to the attention of the General Manager, Gregory Schenk and Sales Manager, Mark Russel but they did not resolve the problems. I would hope that I would have been more cautious if I hadn't been effected by the car accident I had experienced. I would never buy a car from this dealership again. More

A new 2013 Honda Civic EX-L caught my attention. Briefly speaking with the sales manager, Mark Russell, I was introduced to salesperson Saad Hanna to assist me with more information on this vehicle. I was totally impressed with Saad and his product knowledge. He was very professional answering all my questions and then some. To make a long story short, I was totally convinced and decided to purchase that Civic. We were able to settle on a very fair price and started the paperwork. He gave me an estimated timeline for the sale to be complete. Any questions I had were addressed and answered. Once everything was completed, Saad took the time to go over the operation of all the features of the Civic and even set up the Bluetooth for my I-phone. Before I left the dealership the sales manager, Mr. Russell warned me that “if my wife drove this car she would surrender her CRV to me and take over the Civic!” Well, she did and in less then two weeks later, I was back to Hendrick Honda Bradenton with her 2011 CRV to explain what happened. I sat with Saad Hanna once again and laughed. We then discussed the new changes to the 2013 CRV. Once again, expert product knowledge, and I was convinced to trade in the old CRV for a new CRV-EX. Saad performed as well as he did with the previous sale. Saad has the Honda product knowledge, listens to your needs, is very professional and is a genuine, kind person. My 2003 Honda Odyssey was received for service because of an illuminated engine light. Upon assessment, the service technician reassured me that there were no problems with my transmission, however there wer an illuminated engine light. Upon assessment, the service technician reassured me that there were no problems with my transmission, however there were a few small issues that needed to be fixed. I decided to proceed with the recommended service, because I was convinced that it would preserve the life of my vehicle. He recommended repairs and a list of maintenance items that totaled $770.86. Immediately upon picking up my vehicle, and paying the $770.86, I noticed that there was a different sound to the engine. I wasn't concerned, because I trusted that Hendrick Honda service did the work they promised. The sound became progressively worse. 2 DAYS LATER, my vehicle began to periodically screech to a stop on a busy interstate highway. I pulled off the road (my children and I in a panic) and called for the vehicle to be towed back to Hendrick Honda. At that time, I was informed that my transmission expired. There is absolutely no question in my mind that my vehicle was mishandled by Hendrick Honda service technicians. While they stand firm in their claim that they are not at fault, it is a tremendous irony that their "computer diagnostics" showed that my transmission was healthy when it was received for service...and yet my transmission FAILED under VERY DANGEROUS circumstances 2 DAYS LATER. As a result, I could no longer keep the vehicle, and it had gone to auction. Not only does Hendrick Honda deny fault, but they refuse to accommodate me in any way. They have fought very hard to keep my $770.86 payment, and I have not even been offered a partial refund. Amazingly, the manager couldn't understand why I didn't buy another Honda! I STRONGLY discourage anyone from using Hendrick Honda of Bradenton service. They are determined to make money at all cost, with no regard for their quality of work, or customers. This experience has proven to me that they do NOT stand behind their work. I have always loved Honda vehicles, but it looks as though my husband and I will never be buying one again. More

He made us feel comfortable while he gathered information. Our test drive was a success, Jeremy explained and demonstrated all the new features in the 2013 Honda Civic, we loved it. We left very happy and satisfied with our new 2013 Honda Civic. The services provided by Jeremy Long, Mr. Reyes, and Rodney Miles were awsome.
