In July of 2011, my family and i came to honda cars of bradenton to purchase a new vehicle. We worked with Mr. Bryan Santiago. He was wonderful. I must say i wasnt to fond of the fit at first glance but when Bryan showed us all of its great features and how much bang we were getting for our buck, we were sold! I had a long run with my 1997 Honda CRV 248,000 miles 10 years of New England weather. The rest in Sunny Bradenton Fl. When the AC compressor died. And the Cat. Converter needed welding every 5 weeks. I was sorry to say it was time to let go. I pulled right up to the golf cart that Tony was in. He welcome me in and asked how he could help me. I mention I was looking for a auto. To replace my Long time dependable CRV (called "The Boy") I mentioned had a price range to fit $200.00 monthy payment. He mention he had a Toy. Corolla I kinda thought good on gas. I said ok lets look at it. While Tony was getting the Toy Corolla Scott Sandmann introduced Himself to me and asked what my needs were. I mention my payment amount I needed to keep close to. And also my needs in the auto. With my profession as GM in property managment I was hoping for a Ridgeline truck. And in my time off I like to go Kyacking and biking and the truck would be great! That didn't fit my payment amount. That's when he mention the 2005 Toy. Tundra. I checked it out took a spin with Tony. And said lets see if we can make the finances work. I had some problems with my credit that I have been working on to repair. We put pencil to paper and made it work. Scott wanted me to take the truck that night. But I needed to bid the CRV ("The Boy")a proper good bye.I said tomorrow would be better and it being the 31st you get the sale in Aug.(I being in sales understood) I arrived late morning 31st. and Tony introduced me to charming Brittany who really knows Her stuff. She explain the extended warrenty that Hendricks Autoguard offers. I never thought I would get something like an extended warrenty. We were in the market for an SUV with 3 rows of seats and a few extra options (for the kids). At other dealerships we were assisted by typical salesmen looking to make a commission...not necessarily to sell a few extra options (for the kids). Honda Cars of Bradenton was the last dealership on our list and I'm so glad we went. Our sales guy was helpful, showed us the used (non-Honda) SUV we were there to see, answered questions, and took us on a test drive. When we were unsatisfied with the car we came to see he suggested looking at a Honda (good boy!) so we did. He worked very hard to answer our questions, keep us hydrated (it was about 100 degrees outside and I was 6 months pregnant), entertain the kids, and get us a great deal on a new car. At no point did I feel pressured. We had a budget and Brandon (our sales guy) did nearly everything he could to get us what we wanted. The service we got from everyone was great, I was totally impressed. I will go back to Honda Cars of Bradenton for my next car. More
