Upon clarifying what I wanted and offering an opportunity to beat a quote from another dealer, Melissa Richardson, the Internet Sales Manager, responded indicating she needed to located the vehicle I wanted, talk with her manager, and get back to me. I thought this was going to be another spotty communication with a dealer. However, Melissa got back to me, she had a very competitive quote. Upon moving to the discussion of my trade-in, she was also quick to respond and provided a reasonable offer. Likewise, she offered to beat a competitive financing rate I had already arranged and she delivered. At the closing of the purchase, Chris, the financing person described various options for extended warranty but we felt no pressure in the process. In turn, Alex took care of having the car and conducted a demonstration of the Honda Pilot features and technology. All in all, the staff were very professional, and we had a no-pressure, positive experience. More

Don't Go There! I traded 2 cars in last year and started 2 new leases with them (within a couple of months), and they were great to work with during the sales. Soon I traded 2 cars in last year and started 2 new leases with them (within a couple of months), and they were great to work with during the sales. Soon after leaving with the 2nd car, I realized that I had made a pretty bad deal. I contacted them not at all to protest (it was my fault), but to better understand the numbers. I was first directed to the finance associate who closed our deal, and he never returned one call or email. I kept calling the sales people, but they suddenly could not explain the numbers. After a couple of months, a higher up manager called, and he was extremely rude and did his best to demean me. Since that time, I have been able to turn away at least 4-5 friends/coworkers from buying there, so hopefully someone else reads this and thinks twice before giving them any business. Also beware of a scam they are running - they send you a notice that says you won a drawing and can claim a new phone, iPad, gift card, etc. When you go in, they point out the fine print that says you have to buy or lease a new car. Don't go there!!! More
