That’s right; my son is a “rocket scientist”! His personal vehicle “died” about two months ago and he was now not only in the market for a new job, he was also looking for a low mileage previously owned automobile. Buying a vehicle in this day and age isn’t exactly rocket science, but I must admit both of us began this journey with a little bit of trepidation. After all, who truly enjoys negotiating with a stranger in a business where there is historically low trust? Having done our due diligence by researching a major consumer reporting company for vehicles with the best reliability and perusing other websites for pricing in the Sarasota/Bradenton area, we earmarked three consecutive days, May 9-11, where we visited no less than eight dealerships with the last on our list being Hendrick Honda Bradenton. It should have been the first! We reached out to them initially via their website and had subsequently received a response from Melissa Richardson, their Internet Manager, who ascertained our needs and put us together with a sales person. Enter Christie Breaux our sales consultant who listened to me bragging on my son, my family and talking about everything else under the sun besides a vehicle. She introduced me to multiple people at the dealership as we walked around chatting and all stopped to visit briefly and seemed genuinely interested in Christopher and me. I spoke to Christie about this and she “bragged” on her family…the Hendrick family. Christie was thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. Always professional, Christie never rushed or pressured us as was done in several other dealerships. She not only showed us previously owned inventory, but also counseled us on new vs. used cars extolling the benefits of both Honda products. She was with us every part of the way, made the buying process friendly and she personally eliminated all the “fears” we had reference our car search. Ultimately, she teamed up with Melissa Richardson and they presented my son a package on a new 2016 Honda Civic EX that he simply could not refuse. We not only left this dealership happy, but found extended “family” at Hendrick Honda Bradenton. If you are in the market for an automobile, I would strongly recommend to any one that you save yourself some time and stress and go see my new “BFF” Christie Breaux at Hendrick Honda Bradenton! Christopher K. in the finance department handled our finance application, titling, license plates other documents etc. I would guess this is typically a 30-60 minute process, but my newly minted college grad read EVERY word on EVERY page and as a result we were in Christopher K.'s office almost two hours. Kudos to my son for doing it right and making it a learning experience and kudos to Christopher K. for having the patience of Job! More

Stefanie was excellent to work with and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and help me stick to my budget. I also never felt pressure or that anyone was trying to hide the ball on costs (unlike the other dealerships I visited). On the financing side, Brittany explained everything in detail and was very efficient. The experience can be time consuming, but I never felt I was waiting unnecessarily. When I look for a car again in the future, I’ll be going back to Henrick Honda. Thanks! More
