Mike jumped right in and took charge of our transaction. Mike stayed an hour over his shift, to make sure we were completely satisfied, and knew how to properly operate the features of our car. As someone who is in sales also, I truly appreciate and respect the non-pressure approach that involves actually helping and listening, instead trying to just sell. Christie made sure the process was smooth and quick as possible so when we came back to make the purchase, we were in and out in about an hour (which included financing). Continuing the theme, Luis in financing worked with me to get great rates (better than my 3 pre-approved rates) and helped with options to keep my monthly payments where I needed them. It was really a great experience that was low-key and a pleasure. Not only will I recommend them to friends and family, but I'll also be going back myself when it's time for the next purchase.
