The service department has been awesome, especially Jim Knoerzer, so I decided to buy a new CRV from them. Had an appointment scheduled with Michal. We drove up and he walked out and met us at the car (he has never met us before). He new about our 2006 CRV because he had taken the time to check the records. We told him what we were looking for (gave him 3 stock numbers from their website). While he went to get the cars, his manager Ryan came over and talked with us. We selected a car, Michal explained many of the features, then we took a test drive. Once we decided which car we wanted, Michal went into action and started on the paperwork. Adam the business manager came and took us to complete the final transactions. By the time we were done with the paperwork, our car was prepped and ready for us to drive off. Michal is probably the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Everyone at Hendrick has always been very friendly, and this time was no different. Starting with Michal, but including Ryan & Adam, everyone was polite, courteous and helpful. I have already recommended Hendrick to friends & family, and will continue to do so. If I decide to buy another car I will definitely go back. More
