Such a great experience and a pleasure. I am so happy to have done business with Hendrick Honda. For sometime I had been contemplating stopping by the dealership just to see if I had a cha I am so happy to have done business with Hendrick Honda. He had a smile on his face and a true welcoming in his hand shake. We proceeded to discuss my current need for another vehicle and my families need for such. Michael was extremely attentive to our needs and he was on the move to make it happen with words of encouragement. Next he returned with Jason Porter who really helped us with financing and was so friendly and thoughtful. It was truly a wonderful experience they made it happen for me and my family. Relaxing! As car buying goes, it's never a "fun" experience. However, that was not the case at all at Hendrick! The entire experience was relaxing. I am not tech savy but Michal Knight was very patient in taking all of the time necessary to explain and show all of the features of this vehicle. He was also easy to work with in reaching a sales price that was agreeable to all parties. Taylor Christiansen (sales consultant) was very accommodating in reviewing all of the legal documents and explaining what each of them meant before I was asked to sign or initial them. He answered all my questions and was respectful of me at all times. I was very satisfied with the entire transaction from looking for a new car, agreeing to an out the door price for the vehicle, purchasing it and orienting me to the operational features of the car when I took delivery. More
