Best car buying experience! We recently purchased a new 2017 Honda CRV from Hendricks. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. We have b We recently purchased a new 2017 Honda CRV from Hendricks. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. We have been looking at the CRV for the past 6 months. We had previously test driven the vehicle and knew what a fair price would be. I contacted over 10 dealerships via email and let them each know that I wanted to communicate by email until we had a deal finalized. Most dealerships would not provide me the details I was looking for without either speaking to me on the phone or coming into the dealership. The few that did provide me a price breakdown had many hidden fees which inflated their price. Hendricks was completely different! Once I started dealing with Melissa Richardson, she was quick to respond, never once asked me to call her instead of providing the information in the way I had requested, and provided a very fair price for the vehicle without a ton of hidden fees. Once we were ready to move forward, we called her and handled our trade In and financing all by phone and text. We live an hour away, so we drove in to the dealership the following day and began working with Mike Knight. Mike was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. He answered every question and shared a ton of knowledge about the vehicle. He tailored his approach to us and treated us with respect. We were out the door and in our new car in record time. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone I know and we will absolutely make our next purchase at Hendricks. More

My regular and very helpful service advisor John Ramirez talked me into a new Odyssey because of the internet, rear view camera and extra safety features that are helpful for drivers nearing 60. I bought my second Odyssey from Hendrick Honda insisting on Michal Knight as my salesman. Michal sold me my first Odyssey almost 4 years ago. He is a complete professional and was teriffic again throughout the process and was very patient and kind enough to clearly answer all my questions. The whole sale took very little time. I had read reviews of dealerships in the Brandon, FL, area close to home, but the reviews were mixed. After some additional research, I decided to take the one-hour drive to Bradenton because Hendrick had such good reviews. I was not disappointed. The sales and finance staff worked with me to ensure the payments were within my budget for my new 2017 Fit. The staff was polite, professional, honest, and had a genuine interest in customer satisfaction. The gentleman who sold me the car, John Nosal, was very helpful and explained all the new features in the 2017 model. I'm a bit challenged when it comes to technology, so his expertise was just what I needed. Luis in finance was amazing, as well. He clearly explained to me the different warrantees available for my new Fit, and how they would benefit me in the long run. I could not be more thrilled that I drove the extra few miles to make this purchase. I highly recommend Hendrick Honda, and will visit them again for service and when I'm in the market for a new car.
