Wonderful experience! I had an awful experience at my local Jeep dealership. A friends dad used to work at Newurith and said if I wouldn't mind buying out of state, that's I had an awful experience at my local Jeep dealership. I travel for a living and Allen Ronk made this the smoothest car buying experience. Within one day, he emailed me 3 vehicles that met my wants and had me chose the one I wanted. The next day he called and via email, had 90% of all my paperwork completed. If my scheduled had allowed, I would have had my new Jeep in 3 days where my local dealership had taken 2 months to find a Jeep Compass that met my needs but delivered the wrong Compass to me. I'm very picky on how I handle transactions and Allen made sure all interactions exceeded what I wanted and/or expected. Allen even picked me up at the airport with my name on a sign like I was a celebrity. Since I had a long drive back to Florida, I told Allen I wanted to be in and out in less than 30 mins. Again, he impressed me with all the documents I needed to sign lined up on his desk and the finance rep ready for my arrival. I'm an extremely straight to the point individual and I have high expectations when it comes to service. The fact Allen impressed me is saying a lot.
