Neuwirth Motor Sales I went to Ford first in Wilmington . Not a sales person approached me. That turned me off . No joke. I left the lot 45 minutes later. I went to Nuewirth Ram and as I pulled into the lot their top sales person Jeff Williams helped me find a parking place and offered a friendly greeting. He showed me around then and several vehicles, He knew his vehicle specifications and was a great listener. Very patient guy. Even put up with my indecisiveness and lack of clarity on what I wanted in a Pickup . He and his sales manager after some length of time helped me find a great deal. A few Days later I was contacted by Jeff to resolve a minor scratch which I noticed and he personally made sure I was satisfied. Both he and his sales manager worked closely and made my purchase low pressure and very customer focused. I am confident this organization will step up and ensure they do the right thing . Horrible Service This dealership was so uncooperative when it came to needing service on our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that quit on us while on vacation. A $2,000 repai This dealership was so uncooperative when it came to needing service on our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that quit on us while on vacation. A $2,000 repair and they would not even work with Chrysler/Jeep when they called on our behalf. They gave us nothing but a hard time, misrepresented statements and lied to us about the fact that we were entitled to a rental car even though we are part of the "waive" program and absolutely are entitied, therefore making us travel 45 minutes 4 times back and forth to their dealership! Talk about ruining a vacation! This is my first Jeep and based on this experience, I'm not sure I will but another. More
