i would give them no stars if i could. I would not let them service a bike for me. they cant even do an alignment correct ruined a brand new set of tires for me. driving an extra 40 miles t I would not let them service a bike for me. they cant even do an alignment correct ruined a brand new set of tires for me. driving an extra 40 miles to get my car serviced now and I couldn't ask for anything better. all I can say is if you want your car in perfect condition don't take it to them. because I would come out worst than it went in. and they would take responsibility for their mistakes and the service manager is the worst no wonder Ford dealership let him go. talking about not responsible for the tires. I know I'm not the one that went to the back I done the alignment your tech did. also Thanks to Capital Ford they actually were able to get the alignment done right(first time) after Neuwirth done it three times.
