Mercedes Level Experience At A Jeep Dealership I came in with a burning smell and change oil light well before service period. They did a diagnostic that I was not charged for and informed me that I came in with a burning smell and change oil light well before service period. They did a diagnostic that I was not charged for and informed me that the LED bulbs I installed is overheating a circuit. I really thought I was going to be nickel and dime like the Jacksonville dealership. I was only charged for the oil change well below what Jacksonville charges for a Wrangler. I changed the bulbs myself. Easy fix. Best Dealership experience ever. More

Tricksters DIRTY TRICKSTERS! Megan called my husband today, the phone was on speaker, and told him she was looking for a special edition jeep for a special cust DIRTY TRICKSTERS! Megan called my husband today, the phone was on speaker, and told him she was looking for a special edition jeep for a special customer. She looked through her records and saw that my husband had bought that kind of jeep about 2 years ago from them. She asked if he was willing to sell that jeep back to their dealership so they could then satisfy that other customer. I and My husband decided to make that deal, since that would mean one car payment less and that would help with the 4 kids and bills. My husband told her we lived 3 hours away and that he would make the drive if they promised to treat him fairly. She pretty much guaranteed him over book value as long as the jeep was still in great condition. That they would make an aggressive buyback offer and he pretty much had nothing to lose or worry about. My husband and son dropped everything to leave right away. My son followed his dad ( my husband) in his car so that my husband would have a ride back home. 3.5 hours in traffic, When they got there, nobody knew why they were there. After a long back and forth, they appraised the vehicle. They offered him $6500 below book value. Then made the excuse it was low, because of what my husband had paid for it brand new. Disregarding the fact, that this special edition is nowhere else to be found close by. Then they tried to sell him another car, then they said the only way they would give him more money if he would trade it in for another car. My husband told them, remember you guys called me, not the other way around. Since the dealership didn't honor their word, no deal happened. All they said was, thank you. They Didn't reimburse him for 2 vehicles' gas to get there and back, dinner on the road and of course 7.5 hours of their time. Needless to say my husband is a disabled vet with tbi. To Neuwirth dealership, you are dishonest, trifling and do not care about people. This is the most ridiculous thing that has happened to us in many years. I will post this everywhere to make sure people know about your dirty tricks. Shame on you all! Shame on your business! More
