My purchase started by sending an email to the dealership. Greg Davis contacted me immediately and answered all my questions concerning the Jeep. Greg is very courteous and professional and that was one of the main reasons I traveled 2 hours to purchase from the dealership. I arrived late for my appointment, but Greg went above and beyond assisting me with the purchase process, understanding I had a long drive to get home. Good dealership until you want a defective part replaced fre Replaced Chrysler wing badging on front and rear of car under warranty. Then they deteriorated just as the 1st. set did. Shop manger and Chrysler parts connection would only replace at reduced cost...no labor approximately $350.00 US. I feel this is a rip off! It should not happen at all... Not to mention twice. You have a parts problem. Why would you stock these items if you there should be no or few issues. Prior to this issue I used this dealership as my go to maintenance and repair shop. I guess the Chrysler brand and name means little to them. More
