I bought my first new vehicle in 1998, and since then, I've purchased 20+ other vehicles (Japanese, German, and domestic) for myself as well as family. Hendrick and Kristin take top honors for transparency, pricing, and customer service. I cannot recommend her enough due to her high level of knowledge, professionalism, and service. I realize that I wasn't her only customer at the time, but she made me feel that way. Guess what? She's secured a Hendrick customer for life. Don't bother going elsewhere - head over and let her know that Justin with the Charger Scat Pack sent you. I'm willing to bet you'll have the best buying experience out of all your prior car purchases, just as I did. More

Poor communication I took My 2015 Challenger Hellcat in for repair on Friday and never got a call from anyone to give me a status on the repairs. I called Monday and wa I took My 2015 Challenger Hellcat in for repair on Friday and never got a call from anyone to give me a status on the repairs. I called Monday and was told the my rep wasn’t there and they would have someone call me in the morning. Tuesday never received that call. I called Tuesday and was told the my rep was still not in and someone would call me the next morning. Never got that call. Did get a text telling me my car would be ready later that day. Went to pick up the car and the rep wasn’t available. I was given the key with no info on the work done and told that I would be emailed the receipt. Never got the emai. Very poor communication and customer service. More
