Don’t waste your time coming to this dealership. We spoke to a very kind Krista and sent pictures of our trade. Was told we had to come in so they could view our trade and us look at the vehicle we We spoke to a very kind Krista and sent pictures of our trade. Was told we had to come in so they could view our trade and us look at the vehicle we were interested in and we planned for the next morning and scheduled an appt (we live 2 hours away). Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very kind, Miguel who said he needed our license and they would pull the vehicle around. Krista was aware we were driving 2 hours and even confirmed our appt the morning of. Once we sit down we are then informed by Miguel that the vehicle is suddenly no longer available as they lent it out for someone having service but if we purchased it they would deliver. Not viewing the vehicle you are signing papers on seems absurd. He then offered to have his manager speak to us. Immediately, this manager had a terrible attitude telling us well we can go to the airport and “look at it and this happens as people need cars when theirs is having service”. If a car is parked at an airport, why can’t that vehicle be swapped out with another rental and sold to us? This whole scenario seems scripted as though they are trying to put pressure on you to either purchase another vehicle or something else bizarre is going on. We left due in entirety to this “manager’s” attitude to their own issue. More
