Not once did the service department take responsibility for totaling my vehicle, and all they gave me for trade in value was $8k due to the dead engine. Before the engine died, the Kelley Blue Book value of my vehicle was an upwards of $13k. DO NOT take your vehicle here to get serviced. DO come here to buy your new vehicle.
