my initial visit to the store was disappointing because they could not find the advertised vehicle. That turned around the next day to be the best car purchase experience I have had in over 50 years of p they could not find the advertised vehicle. That turned around the next day to be the best car purchase experience I have had in over 50 years of purchasing vehicles for myself and three daughters. this was the result of meeting salesman David Tolliver. He was knowledgeable and ready to help me find the car I wanted. He followed up with phone calls to answer my questions, allowed me to test drive the vehicle as much as I needed and delivered the car to me when I could not get back to the dealership. He worked with his manager to get me a good deal and did a nice follow up in a few days to see if I was enjoying my new vehicle. This was an excellent example of customer service. I also received a follow up email directly from the general manager, David Pierce, who wanted to make sure that I was being well taken care of by his team. i highly recommend his team to others looking for a car.
