my initial visit to the store was disappointing because they could not find the advertised vehicle. He was knowledgeable and ready to help me find the car I wanted. He followed up with phone calls to answer my questions, allowed me to test drive the vehicle as much as I needed and delivered the car to me when I could not get back to the dealership. He worked with his manager to get me a good deal and did a nice follow up in a few days to see if I was enjoying my new vehicle. This was an excellent example of customer service. I also received a follow up email directly from the general manager, David Pierce, who wanted to make sure that I was being well taken care of by his team. i highly recommend his team to others looking for a car.
