So I went to this dealership with a trade in that I knew was going to be tough to trade in and I just wanted some information. One dealer said "I promise I can make this deal work. there is no need to wait was going to be tough to trade in and I just wanted some information. One dealer said "I promise I can make this deal work. there is no need to wait a few months. We have discounts and I need used cars. Come in" I scheduled an appointment the next day and drove 35 minutes straight from work. As soon as I walk through the door my sales guy pawns me off to another dealer because he was "dealing with another customer" (ok what is the point of scheduling appointments) but assured me that this new dealer knew everything bout my situation. So I sit down with this new guy (who doesn't bother to tell me his name) and proceeds to tell me he doesn't know what I am trading in or what I ma looking for. He then suggests a car that he shows me the keys to (doesn't bother to even show me what the car looks like) and wants my credit info. I told him "I don't want my credit ran if this deal can not work. I explained everything to you and if this car can work then please don't bother running it" He said: I am sure we can make this deal work. Cut to less then 10 minutes later he comes back and says "Sorry this deal is a no go." So I was lied to by 2 sales reps. I wasn't even allowed to see the car. Wasn't asked if I could put money down or cosigner. and then had my credit score hit. I felt embarrassed and insulted. I don't like to use the word "never" but I will NEVER step a foot in this dealership again More

This was my first visit to Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Concord. May I say I was extremely impressed. I had purchased a new 2014 Chrysler 300.I can honestly say the Sales Consultants(Rick Sayward an RAM of Concord. May I say I was extremely impressed. I had purchased a new 2014 Chrysler 300.I can honestly say the Sales Consultants(Rick Sayward and Lee) was very kind, professional, and honest. Over the years, I have purchased several cars, but by far this was the best experience yet in selecting, negotiating, and financing a new vehicle. The staff I dealt with, which includes Scott Codespotti the Salesman, Leland Thompson the Retail Operations Manager and Michael Castelli the Finance The staff I dealt with, which includes Scott Codespotti the Salesman, Leland Thompson the Retail Operations Manager and Michael Castelli the Finance Manager were genuinely good people. They were very knowledgeable about their product and went out of their way to help me. They were able to locate a vehicle and an interest rate that was absolutely perfect. They really care about the customers and ensuring the customers are completely satisfied with the entire vehicle purchasing event. This was by far my best vehicle buying experience ever. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership and their staff to everyone. More

After searching for a '14 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon X for several months, I finally landed on Hendrick Concord's website. A quick call to confirm the Jeep was still in inventory led me to Paul Boyd. X for several months, I finally landed on Hendrick Concord's website. A quick call to confirm the Jeep was still in inventory led me to Paul Boyd. Paul's easy going personality and style made him easy to talk to about the details of the Jeep and the price. After an unforeseen turn with another dealer (completely on me) I ended up back at Hendrick w/ Joe Owens. Joe and Paul wrapped up my deal around noon and by 8pm the Jeep was delivered to my driveway, 4 hours away from Concord, NC. I would highly recommend Joe and Paul to anyone looking for a Chrysler product. More
