Typically I go to a different dealership that is closer to work, but Hendrick is closer to my house and after this experience I will keep coming back. They called me to inform me of any issues before ever moving forward with anything, always keeping me informed. I had very specific requests and they followed through will all of these requests (which doesn't usually happen when I go to other dealerships. Usually 've had to go back and make them fix things because they didn't do what I asked). They advised me of an issue and I made another appointment to have it fixed. Again they were amazing and my Jeep is running like new. My service advisors were Kaylan Ryon and Matt Trenary and they both were great. They listened to my requests and made sure everything was handled properly. I highly recommend them and the service department. More

While I'm still on the fence about purchasing a second vehicle from this dealership the overall culture is that they do care. There is always some bad apples in every bunch, but the competent management of the dealership will ensure customer satisfaction. Overall a great dealership that will actively work to solve conflict in customer relationship management. More
Typical dealer games, no integrity. Went in on a Saturday and found a car I was looking to buy. Price looked good and test drive went well. After filling out a finance application they come back and tell me the price on the car ON THEIR LOT was incorrect. They wouldn't honor it. People spend all day trying to get a price lower than what's on the car and I couldn't even get the price they list. I was disappointed and surprised a dealership like this would pull something like that. People I dealt with were really great, just ineffective on delivering in the end. Find yourself a dealership with some integrity and pass on this place. More

Took a lot of negotiating but over all they eventually gave me more for my trade than any other place would and sold me the car I wanted at a good price. This is a very busy dealership though so don't be in a hurry. Communication outside of the dealership is slow (email, call backs etc) so if you want to get things done you have to go there. And even then they are slow! They need to get up to modern times on this. Lots of deals done on the phone guys...just get yourselves up to date on this process. I would buy from again. One other HUGE plus about these guys is they are open on Sunday. VERY smart! More

I visited the dealership and meet their product specialist Omou Jalloh aka O. She was very patient, easy to talk to and informative while showing me the car. She worked on getting me the best price. After I purchased the car I had a question about it, so I called O the next day on her cell phone, not realizing that she was not a work. She was very willing to help with my question on her time off. She is a dedicated employee and a pleasant surprise. Thank you, O! More
