Excellent service and great deal. Jessica was great to deal with, organized everything so that my time to complete the transaction and rive off the lot was reduced to under two hours. John Cauble completed all the paperwork and informed me of the financials quickly and efficiently so that the whole experience was stress free. In addition, the mangers there made sure I got a got a great deal on both the trade and the new vehicle. Thanks guys! More

Great Experience! I had my 2013 Challenger involved in an accident recently so I was pretty stressed out. Another dealership I was working with did not get me the price I had my 2013 Challenger involved in an accident recently so I was pretty stressed out. Our Sales professional, Rick Sayward was awe My wife and I both purchased cars from Hendrick CDJR of Concord last week and it was a great experience! Our Sales professional, Rick Sayward was awesome! He is kind, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles we test drove and eventually purchased. My wife bought a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Every person we encountered was just like Rick. Joe Owens (GM) introduced himself to us on our first visit and came up to us each time just to say hello and make sure we were being taken care of. Bob Whitmore worked hard to get us the deals we wanted and John did a great job of getting us the Financing terms to meet our budget. I cannot imagine going to any other dealership in the future!
