I take great pleaser in writing this review for Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Concord. I knew exactly what vehicle I wanted prior to coming to the dealership. Seen it online, came to the dealership and was helped by Mr. Brittain Staton. I told Mr. Staton what vehicle I was interested in, he whipped out his smart phone and ask is this the one, I replied yep. Two minutes later he brought the vehicle to the front of the dealership for my wife and me to see. I must say Mr. Staton was very confident and knows how to communicate to and deal with our needs. Within 10 minutes of talking to us he knew he had sold us our new Dodge Ram 1500. Now on to see the finance office to close the deal. WOW....met with Mr. Mark Wright. Get ready his job is not only to explain your financing but to sell you an extended service contract and an oil change program. This is not a bad thing just make sure you can afford it and if it for you. Spent about two hours with him which I though was a little too much time, but left satisfied. Before leaving Mr. Brittain had transferred all my personnel belongings from my trade in to the new vehicle and showed us how to operate all our new bells and whistles on the Ram 1500. I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends. Thank you again Mr. Staton. More

My wife and I decided to swing in to the dealership on a Saturday and were welcomed in the parking lot by Dustin Griffin (our salesman) he pointed out My wife and I decided to swing in to the dealership on a Saturday and were welcomed in the parking lot by Dustin Griffin (our salesman) he pointed out that he noticed the Star Wars stickers on the back of our van and I knew that I could work with a man that could could understand the reference and name the AT-AT. He introduced himself professionally and greeted my whole family including my young children; after a discussion about my wife and I's desires in a vehicle he grabbed the keys to the exact vehicle my wife was thinking of. To me I felt it was very important that he listened to my wife (she will be the driver) and not just talked with me. The whole process I felt like he was on my side, he even found that my company had substantial discount. The management was friendly and interactive with all the employees and customers, I felt like the whole dealership was running effectively despite being extremely busy. When it came to the financial segment of the purchase, John Cauble was very helpful and efficient, he showed me the value in many of the programs offered with the car, and also made me feel good about being a return customer. After finishing up the car was ready to go and unfortunately my cell phone was dead so I could not take a picture of the stickers that started this whole process so Dustin was kind enough to take a picture of it and send it to me so I will have the memory. Ordered a brand new truck from the factory, which was cool and the first for me, everyone listed above was awsome, reasonable, cool, supportive, understanding, and patient for my concerns. Paul Boyd was easy going and humorous at times especially after buying a big pricy ticking truck. Paul was very honest and helpful in leading me to answers that I did not know about. I would definitely use all the same people in buying another vehicle again from them. More
Ordered a challenger and was damaged and wrong on arrival. I ordered a custom built challenger in march and was assured that the car would be built as specified by Lashanda Preston. Lashanda was not knowledgeable about the challenger. She assured me that the seats on the car would be black with red inserts but when receiving the car it had completely red seats which I did not want. I even called after making the order to verify it would be as ordered and was assured it would be. I was never notified when the car arrived and I had to constantly call and check. When receiving the car I was told it was damaged on arrival and needed a new part. I understand mistakes happen but there were also scratches on the car that were never reported. Also my gas and brake pedals were never installed and I had to do this my self. You would think that after spending over 30k that the pedals would be installed. Eddie Papp handled the pickup of my car and was very professional. He took my car to have the scratches detailed out but it was 9pm when the detail was complete and I had to leave. The next day I see on my car that the scratches are still there. I was told by Eddie that the scratches could be taken out when the damaged part was in. Several weeks later I brought my car in to have the scratch removed and fixed and I was assured that the scratch was fixed but when picking up the vehicle I saw that the scratch was still there and the clear coat seemed to be diminishing due to the buffing on the car. At this point I have given up on the scratch and don't want the clear coat to get any more diminished. I am disappointed in the service that was provided initially with Lashanda due to here never even calling to apologize for providing me the incorrect info. I am also disappointed in Dodge and Hendrick Concord for the frustrating service provided. I never received the survey for my purchase so this is why I am leaving this detailed review. More

Cory was our sales re My husband and I love our "new to us" 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Track we purchased from Hendrick. Our experience has been mixed. Cory was our sales rep. There is much to be said about persistence. There is a fine line between customer service and feeling pressured. Cory walked that line very well. There were moments that he provided all the answers we needed and there were other times that he did not mind to be very curt. He provided many services such as going the extra mile to be sure to correct a problem with the detailing of the vehicle. Somehow the left side of the vehicle was showered with overspray of some sort. Cory made sure the vehicle was buffed and the overspray removed. When the vehicle began leaking when we got home with it, Cory made sure to arrange for us to return it to the dealership for repair. Then there was the fact that he (Cory) didn't want us to view the vehicle on his day off, which just happened to be the only day that we could view the vehicle. He finally made arrangements to be there the day that we wanted to come, but he made it very clear that he had canceled some very important plans with his fiance to be there for us. He also called us continually the afternoon that we were supposed to be there, I think I counted a total of 7 phone calls back and forth. 7 calls in just a couple hours is not necessary. Then there was an issue of having only one key. Cory and I and my husband had several back and forths about how much it would cost to get another one. Cory was determined (and argued) that the key was not chipped and would be no problem to get another. Turns out it IS chipped and will cost us about $150.00 to replace (per our local Ford dealership) Cory also was very adamant making me aware that we could not hold Hendrick responsible for this vehicle because it was NOT a Hendrick vehicle. WHAT???!!! I replied that I purchased this vehicle from Hendrick and although it was a FORD product, Hendrick was the dealership I purchased it from and HE (Cory) was a representative of Hendrick. He used an analogy of me not being able to hold his fiance accountable for something his x-wife did. (???) Will was our finance guy. He has a great personality and did a great job. There have been some bumps along the way on the paperwork end as well. Will worked very hard to offer us some sort of extended warranty that provided us with some protection without breaking the bank. I can't exactly blame Will for this problem, but we are still waiting to be able to tag our vehicle. The 30-day tag will run out in about 10 days or so. We have done everything we were supposed to do, added and paid the insurance, and paid the property taxes. That's where our job has ended and Hendricks begins. I called last Thursday( 2 weeks after the purchase) to inquire what we were supposed to do to get a tag. I spoke to John in finance this time (Will was not in). John told me we should have been given a fed-ex envelope to send a receipt from when we paid the property taxes back to Hendrick so that they could send this receipt over to their title division to forward the title work to Columbia SC for us to then be able to get a tag. John was going to over night the envelope to us on Thursday, May 21. We should have had it on Friday. It has not arrived. I called John back on Saturday morning to make him aware that we had not received our package. Late Saturday afternoon he left me a message that said to check our porches. Fed-Ex will leave these packages there. (Don't you think I did that already?) My husband called yesterday and left a message with John. No return call. I called this morning to speak with Will, he was not in his office and did not have voicemail set up. I called right back and asked for John again and left yet another message. So in summary, we really like our vehicle, great price, low mileage, clean and just what we wanted. But if someone doesn't call us back soon, it will be parked because we can't get a tag. I said that I would not recommend this dealership on the review, but that doesn't apply to everyone I worked with. Some were very helpful and courteous. I just hate that buying a used vehicle is so complicated. More
