He was very well educated in Dodge Challengers and other vehicles We had the best buying experience ever at Hendrick Dodge all thanks to Spencer Boyd. He was very well educated in Dodge Challengers and other vehicles which made our buying decision so easy. He managed our paperwork so well that total time was maybe 2 hrs and we drove away in our FIRST brand new family car! The quickness of the paperwork was greatly appreciated because we had our 3 yr old daughter! Excellent experience My wife & I were in town for the Richard Petty Driving program. In between sessions we decided to stop in Hendrick Auto Plaza for a little muscle car My wife & I were in town for the Richard Petty Driving program. In between sessions we decided to stop in Hendrick Auto Plaza for a little muscle car test driving. During which we were introduced to Lee Wells and Jerry Birenbaum. After a lot of driving, talking and negotiating I cancelled our return flights, bought a 2013 Sparkling red Dodge Challenger and committed to the drive back to Wisconsin. What fun! Both Lee & Jerry were fantastic to work with! They went out of their way to keep us comfortable and engaged in the buying process without being pushy. We had a great experience and will remember this particular car purchase forever. We drove home via, blue ridge parkway, tail of the dragon and Million Dollar Highway. I wouldn't hesitate to fly down for my next car purchase! More

Tom Defeo is the service rep we met on arrival and from there we have been in good hands. He has taken the time to put us at ease. Never have I had an experience with a mechanic, service rep, or saleman for that matter where I felt they had my best interest at heart. Tom kept us in the loop never did he make a decision without our consent. He gave us quotes, possibilities and options. Now get this...They fixed what they could and let us know to dig deeper into the problem would probably cost us more than the van was worth(it has over 200k miles) I appreciated that honesty and condor. You just don't find that today. The van of course runs better than it did and we're completely satisfied with service provided This may sound like a cliché but -Tom made us feel like family. My hats off to Hendricks Concord. They're hiring the right people and have created an atmosphere for excellence. More

Nice Experience and Great Service from Spencer in Sales Let me start by saying that I HATE the process of buying a new car. With everything else in life that you buy, the price is clearly listed and that's Let me start by saying that I HATE the process of buying a new car. With everything else in life that you buy, the price is clearly listed and that's what you pay for it, but with car buying, the listed price is always jacked up and you have to haggle and negotiate for a decent deal. We had spent several weeks searching at numerous car dealerships in Charlotte, Rock Hill, Concord, and the NC triad region. Almost everywhere we went, we had to deal with "cheezy" sales people that had the stereotypical "used car salesman" personality, even though we were dealing with reputable franchise dealerships and looking at new cars. Most of them gave us a condescending attitude when we tried to negotiate and said "this is the final price, as low as we go", only to call us back the next day to offer a better deal on what had been the "final price" the day before. All that being said, we did NOT get that treatment at Hendrick Jeep in Concord. We were treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire process. Spencer Boyd was our salesman, and he did a great job of assisting us with making our purchase of a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. We felt like we got a good deal on the vehicle, but what really made us decide to purchase from Hendrick Jeep was Spencer and the way that he treated us. Will def look here again the next time we purchase a vehicle. More
