Friendly, very experienced Staff! I was blown away by the difference in the customer experience offered by the very friendly, very experienced staff! The sales team actually wanted to try and sell me what I wanted, instead of trying to sell me what they wanted me to buy. Beyond Expectations I live in Massachusetts and on the Saturday before Columbus Day I towed a Uhaul trailer to Charlotte NC to visit family. I had learned the lights on t I live in Massachusetts and on the Saturday before Columbus Day I towed a Uhaul trailer to Charlotte NC to visit family. I had learned the lights on the trailer weren't working so I checked the hitch plugs to find no power and no blown fuses.I walked into Hendrick Jeep on Saturday morning and explained if I didn't get the hitch wiring to work, it would cost me over $200.00 to leave the trailer. They were completely booked but said if I left my jeep they would see if they could fit it in. Later that afternoon, Service Advisor Tom DeFeo called to say they found the problem and fixed the wiring and asked me who installed the hitch. I explained I had it installed at Harr Chrysler Jeep in Worcester MA. He then said that because I went to a dealer I had expected it would be done right and it should have been. He then said he would not charge me the normal $175.00 to install a towing module and program computer to recognize the hitch, which is what Harr did not do. He designated the work under warranty, said there was no charge and I could pick up any time. I can't say enough for the integrity of Hendrick Jeep in Concord, NC. Knowing I lived 800 miles away and would likely never return for service, they went above and beyond my wildest expectation. I had originally picked Hendrick because my daughter-in-law's sister took her car to Hendrick Volkswagen exclusively. If you ever are in need of service in the Concord, NC area, don't even hesitate to go to Hendrick Jeep. I have never had an experience at a dealership like this before. More

Great car buying experience! I had built a Dodge Durango on the dodge website and it matched perfectly to a Durango on their lot. I made an appointment at 10am I was quickly greet I had built a Dodge Durango on the dodge website and it matched perfectly to a Durango on their lot. I made an appointment at 10am I was quickly greeted by the man I had an appointment with and he said he had a meeting and that I would have to be assisted by another salesman, Spencer. They were very quick to get the vehicle pulled out front and let me look through it. The salesman answered every question I had and he was just an all around great guy! The finance guy seemed kind of pushy and rushed when I asked some questions, but we ended up with good terms and I came home with a new car that I love! This was also the fastest car buying experience I've ever had! I was in and out in about 4 hours, including paperwork and all the boring stuff. I would definitely recommend the dealership, especially if they had the salesman that I had! More

He also was very nice to my 5 year old son who was just as excited to buy a Jeep as I was. I can't say enough how much I appreciated his level of service and care. Lee Brown and Mark Wright also helped me with financing and showed me many different options, and were patient and not pushy when I ultimately decided to finance through my local credit union. More

Tom was most helpful! I had a GREAT experience at this dealership. I was hunting without my husband for a car and this was my first time doing so. For that reason alone, I I had a GREAT experience at this dealership. I was hunting without my husband for a car and this was my first time doing so. For that reason alone, I was nervous, but not once did I feel pressure with Tom. He was genuinely interested in helping me make the best decision. There was never any "back and forth" haggling, and he never made me feel like I should be grateful for his hard work. Because he knew I couldn't make the decision by myself, he let me leave. He also knew that there was another car we were considering from another dealership. After I left, I went to that other dealership, and I must say I was never treated so badly. I couldn't believe that there are dealerships out there that still operate as if this was thirty years ago! I felt trapped at the OTHER place, but my only saving grace was Tom's text, asking me if there was anything he could do for me. I was so happy to return , and we finished up our transaction with ease. I would highly recommend! More
