Mediocre at best Drove all the way to concord after being told the vehicle I wanted was in stock. Got there and was told it was sold the day before. Classic. Found a replacement that was close but not exactly what I wanted. Asked for the price advertised, was offered 7k more. Frustrating. Then back and forth a for an hour. Eventually walked out and was five minutes away when they called and said they’d do the deal. Definitely didn’t leave a good feeling in my Mouth. Then waited An hour and a half for the finance manager. Was told they wouldn’t adjust the apr on financing the vehicle unless I bought gap and a oil change plan. Felt scummy to say the least. Took two more trips to the dealership to get the accessories that are standard with my jeep as they had been taken out. Never even got a roof removal kit. Never a call from the sales person asking how I enjoyed the jeep. Would I go back? I’m honestly not sure. The customer service was lacking, and the sales and inance tactics left a sour taste in my mouth. The service department was top notch on my second trip to the dealership for the 2nd key the sales force lost to my jeep. There are other jeep dealerships much closer that I would have probably tried in hind sight. Looking forward to when I get the FCA survey on my experience. More

After a little chat Mike said that he remembered me from years ago, getting a different car from him at another Hendrick dealership. Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with how honest and professional he was, and within minutes he made me a deal I just "couldn’t refuse". Needles to say, I left with the car and a big smile! I liked driving the car so much, that not even two months later I went back for service (oil change, and a very minor issue). Boy, I felt like a rock star... Tom De Feo, Joe Alexander and Kyle were so attentive to make sure that any concerns I had were properly attended to. I’m so happy with my decision of getting a car from them, that I’m seriously thinking of trading one of my cars to get a new Jeep from them. More

We have had horrible experience with both the sales and service department with both Jeep and Chrysler vehicles. The only reason we ever visit is for convenience as it is the closest dealership to to our house, but they never fail to amazing us with their incompetence. My most recent debacle was a call (multiple actually) to try to get replacement uconnect headphones for my practically brand new Pacifica (purchased from a different dealership due to their incompetence but that's a different story). The first call had me sent to a service manager's voicemail who never called back! Sad, but not surprising, par for the course at this dealership. Anyway, I called back a week later and I'm pretty sure spoke to the same person who transferred me to the voice mail the first time (wish I caught her name). Explained that the uconnect headhones on my 2017 Pacifica purchased last summer broke while replacing the batteries. She put me on hold, said she wasn't sure but finally told me accessories were not under warranty at all even though its less than 1 year old. She transferred me to parts so I could buy a new set. Since there was no way I would ever buy anything from this dealership, I called another who quickly looked up my vehicle info, found it to be less than 1 year and said YES they are warrantied!! That call took less than 5 minutes. I should have known better than to waste my time calling Hendrick, but I am always ever hopeful they will improve due to their proximity to my home. More

He made me feel comfortable even if the payment wasn't what I wanted to pay. looking back I am glad he sold me this car and talked me into it. I came in to look at a $11K jeep wrangler and I ended up leaving with a $28K Cherokee. He wasn't pushy and left the decision up to me. I have been meaning to leave this review and just now getting around to it. More
