I ended up purchasing a RAM F150 Crew Cab Hemi V8 for my husband as a Father's Day gift. My husband ased when we left how we ended up with the nicest salesperson on earth. Anabelle was everything you could ask for in a salesperson. She was polite, funny, and enjoyable to work with on our purchase. Make sure you ask for her when you go. As we initially drove through the lot, another salesperson seemed to be bothered by our inquiry on truck locations. Hour and a half oil changes Today I was in the dealership for another oil change. 1.4 hours today and almost 2 hours last time which included a tire rotation. Today the person that waited on me used the excuse that it depended how many people were in front of me. Really? This is an easy fix. I will go somewhere else. No problems maintainence wise. Oh, guy asks me about getting a state vehicle inspection, told him I obtained one last month. He says, oh the stickers missing?! I had it done at this dealership. He tells me I need tires. I told him when I dropped it off, oil change only don't worry about the tire rotation, I'm getting new tires. Guess he doesn't listen. He did apologize for the delay, which doesn't get me my time back. I will not be back. Pretty building, crappy service!! More
