We never felt like we were being taken advantage of. He listened to our list of must-have’s versus like to haves and brought very appealing options to the table for us to consider within those parameters. Not only that but we felt the dealership was fair in the trade in value they gave us for our car. All in all we were in and out start to finish within a few hours all with our five-year-old who could be a bit ornery in tow. The kids room, popcorn and drinks were a bonus to keep little guy from running amok while Greg‘s demeanor was helpful, patient and kind throughout the transaction. After leaving I discovered that the running boards and cup holder were missing from the Silverado, so I went back and spoke with my sales consultant Christian Sayles and his manager Jeff Spencer and showed them the picture of the vehicle posted online with the running boards attached. They were very accomodating to me and went out of their way to make me happy. They ordered new running boards and a new cup holder and had them installed in the truck. The truck only had one key upon delivery and they also provided another key for me. These guys went above and beyond expectations and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. As painless as it could be! We all know car buying can be a "painful" and involved process. I just purchased a used car from Hendrick and all went quickly and efficiently. They made an offer, I made a counter-offer, they accepted. The F&I process was a bit too involved and detailed, but I know that is where dealerships make a lot of their money. I saw the car I bought online one day, went to see it the next (after some online research on pricing and such), and drove away with it about two hours later. I would highly recommend this dealer ship and the salesperson I worked with - Scott Codespoti - at least for a used car. More
