Good parts, and scheduling. Too expensive for a 4 hour job. I called the parts department for a brake controller, and mud flaps for my 2018 Ram 1500 Rebel. 4 hour job, was charged $992.00 !!! Poor customer service AFTER the sale We purchased a brand new Dodge Charger and after we got it home we noticed the fender was damaged. We called the dealership right away and they said t We purchased a brand new Dodge Charger and after we got it home we noticed the fender was damaged. We called the dealership right away and they said they would have someone come and pick it up and fix it. That is the only thing that went right in this whole story. We had to call 3 different people( Robert the salesman, Mike in Sales and Mark in Finance) to try and get our paperwork. That was an ordeal to say the least. They finally after a week sent us our paperwork overnight mail. When we finally got the car back after they fixed it( did the detailer not see this) they left the hemi badge off of the new fender. So here we go again. Dean came and picked up the car again and drove it down there again and they fixed it again. The only good thing about this dealership was Dean and he is not even an employee there. After you drive the car off the lot they don’t want to know you at all. I would never recommend buying anything from this dealership. Poor communication and poor customer service. More
