I have found him to be very effective in dealing with any concerns that I have with my 300. The one reason that I would continue to buy from Hendrick is the excellent service. I like the new texting I get while waiting for repairs. I think that I did cringe about paying $263.00 for a new sun visor to be installed, however, Jeff explained the process totally. I have never had a sun visor bracket brake and pull out when trying to get it to a location that would allow me to continue to drive my car. A new one was ordered and I can depend on Jeff to follow thru and call me while making sure that the installation of the new one passes a quality check. More
