As painless as it could be! We all know car buying can be a "painful" and involved process. I just purchased a used car from Hendrick and all went quickly and efficiently. They made an offer, I made a counter-offer, they accepted. The F&I process was a bit too involved and detailed, but I know that is where dealerships make a lot of their money. I saw the car I bought online one day, went to see it the next (after some online research on pricing and such), and drove away with it about two hours later. I would highly recommend this dealer ship and the salesperson I worked with - Scott Codespoti - at least for a used car. More
