Changed oil; didn't aks for it. They changed to oil and filter without me asking for it; I had it done the previous day. They overcharged me for an in-cabin air filter ($39.60, plus tax) when one can be purchased at an auto parts store for from $8.50 to $20.00, depending upon where you buy one. Labor to install was $$24.00, for a job that takes no more than five minutes (I timed myself to take it out and re-install it). More

Best experience buying a car Greg, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and made this one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. He went out of his way to make sure Greg, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and made this one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car. He went out of his way to make sure that I knew everything about the car and that I was satisfied. My car had a dead battery in it and the shop was closed so they could not have it serviced then and I was told I might not be able to take my car the day that I signed for it. Greg went beyond and found someone that could change the battery and I was able to take the car home that day. I love the car and I love the attention that I was showed at this dealership. All of the sales people there were friendly and made sure they came by to say hello with no pressure to buy car at all. As I said in the beginning this was one of the best experiences I have ever had buying a car thank you to Greg and Hendrick Dodge. More

Buyer Beware I bought a car from here in December. Robert was my salesman and he was great. I cannot say the same for the finance team. First, I waited four hours I bought a car from here in December. Robert was my salesman and he was great. I cannot say the same for the finance team. First, I waited four hours for Mark to meet with me and get this deal done. Then while looking over the contract I found errors- TWO different times. January- more errors are found and they FedEx new paperwork to me- TWO different times. Now I’m talking to Lee (Mark’s boss) and he tells me my January car payment will be taking care of by them. Great, as it should be. February- yet again more mistakes are found and they FedEx the paperwork to me again. They’re now at a total of FIVE MISTAKES on the contract! Lee tells me that my February payment will be taken care of for the inconvenience, as it should be because I can’t make a payment on a loan that technically hasn’t been executed yet. March- the paperwork is finally done and I’m able to register online with Chrysler and I notice only the January payment was made. So I call Lee on a Friday and ask him about it. He sends me an email showing two payments were made, but there’s an error on Chrysler’s end. He tells me he’s going to call them back after the weekend to straighten it out. It’s now Thursday and I haven’t heard from him, so I call his boss, Mike and tell him what’s going on and he says he’ll call me back. Guess what? He doesn’t and so I call him back on the following Wednesday and Mike puts Lee on the line so we can all chat to figure this out. Lee sits there and completely lies about saying the February payment was going to be made by them and even says he called me back. Flat out LIES and Mike sides with him of course. All Mike can talk about is how much money they lost on this deal and that there’s no way they’re going to make the February payment now. Today is now Friday (2 days since we spoke), the payment still hasn’t been made and Mike said he would call me back about this. No surprise that he hasn’t, so here’s my story. I’m hoping to warn people of their lack of integrity, and their shady and dishonest practices in the finance department. Update 3/22/19: Lee and Mike are trying to say they paid my December and January payment, when in fact my December payment came out of my own money in my down payment (which is stated in the contract) and January was indeed paid by them. So that still leaves my February payment unpaid by them. Lee also emailed me documentation showing “January and February payments made to Chrysler”, but all of a sudden it’s now December and January...oh, okay. Lying xxxxxxxx. More
