My experience at Hendrick BMW of Northlake was phenomenal! I had a windshield recalibration preformed, oil change, and had some plastic panel's replaced on my 2019 BMW 530E. Ty was super helpful a phenomenal! I had a windshield recalibration preformed, oil change, and had some plastic panel's replaced on my 2019 BMW 530E. Ty was super helpful and followed up with me on a daily basis to ensure me that everything was on track and being taken care of. She went out of her way to ensure that I had a smooth transition between my personal vehicle and loaner. She was super patient with me and went out of her way to get all my questions answered within a few hours time frame via text. Keep up the great work guys.
