Ty was my service rep and she was absolutely awesome. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and she kept me updated every step of the process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and for a 7:30 a I waited for my vehicle to be serviced and she kept me updated every step of the process. Carl was awesome! !! From the moment I walked in, he was very helpful in explaining the process of my lease buyout and helping me through the process. He was very frien !! From the moment I walked in, he was very helpful in explaining the process of my lease buyout and helping me through the process. He was very friendly and kept me entertained while I waited to get in to finance. Highly recommend him as a salesperson!! Chris was awesome in finance as well! This was my second time dealing with Antoine (he helped me with the original lease) and he was great as well, even helped me save a turtle that got lost in their parking lot! Haha Northlake BMW will continue to be the only BMW dealer I work with! Jeff and Amanda are also awesome in Service and helped me get my vehicle through the required lease inspection, as well as all my past services. More
