Andrew Johnson, my service advisor was excellent from beginning to end. He is personable and professional. He explained I could wait vs. taking the pre-arranged loaner car if I preferred. He had me in an beginning to end. He is personable and professional. He explained I could wait vs. taking the pre-arranged loaner car if I preferred. He had me in and out in 90 minutes vs. driving 100 miles round trip again the next day to return loaner/pick up my car. Instead, I waited in very comfy lounge with coffee and TV. Plus, my car was spotlessly clean! More
