I brought my vehicle in for repairs this past Labor Day weekend. The service team led by service advisor Andrew Johnson with an assist from assistant service manager Chris Deyton did a great job diagnosing weekend. Went to get an oil change and rear wheel bearings replaced on my 2017 5 series. The loaner coordinator was very kind lending me an X5 while my vehicle was repaired.
