I had the pleasure of having Jeff Limthong as my service advisor. He was awesome to work with. He always kept me updated on the progress of my service, helped with getting the estimate approved with my ins advisor. He was awesome to work with. I had a strut replaced through my insurance and I also purchased 4 new tires, new horns and updated my navigation. He was very helpful every step of the way. Blair was very helpful in explaining that I have a low and a high tone horn which I wasn’t aware of and why they both should be replaced. I’m new to SC and so far I’ve gone to the Independence Blvd location and the South Blvd location and by far the Northlake locations is the best. The employees are so friendly and helpful.
