I purchased a new X5 from Hendrick BMW in Northlake on Saturday, August 19th, however, we have been working with our sales person (Chris) and sales manager (Antoine) for over a month since we had to order Saturday, August 19th, however, we have been working with our sales person (Chris) and sales manager (Antoine) for over a month since we had to order the exact vehicle we wanted. From Chris to Antoine to the finance manager, Cameron, everyone was excellent to work with. Chris and Antoine helped us decide whether it was an X5 or X7 that fit our needs better and what materials and options we'd like most. When it was determined we'd need to order the car we wanted, Chris helped confirm the vehicle build we wanted and got it submitted. The car was manufactured in relatively quick time (about a month), and the team at Hendrick quickly got it ready for delivery once it was in their hands. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with our multitude of questions, never pushy and always willing to invest the time to ensure we were informed on items important to our purchase decision. I highly recommend the Hendrick family of dealerships, especially Northlake BMW. We've also purchased BMWs from their Independence store with an equally great experience. More
