The entire Hendrick team works hard to make every customer feel like their only customer, as was the case during my recent visit to the Service Department. Jeff Day was attentive and courteous, got me right in at my scheduled time, and made sure that my requested time of departure was met so I could keep a later appointment. Their work is always performed at a superior level, and the “customer conveniences and courtesies” (like free drinks, snacks, WiFi, spacious and clean waiting areas, and texted / emailed videos of each inspection) round out the experience, which also includes a constant stream of clear communication. They also offer complementary shuttle service, loaner cars, and comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi and refreshments.
