Hendrick BMW Northlake is easy to get to in North Charlotte. The greeters are slow to greet you but once you are with the service account managers the level of service improves. I provided my window of availability and he kept things moving so I was able to get in and out in a very timely fashion. Amanda Bradshaw has also been very helpful especially during my 3rd visit for the same error, she insured the situation was fully diagnosed. The car washers do a very poor job routinely. It is also very difficult to get a loaner vehicle at this location unless you plan a month in advance. That’s ok, if you don’t have an emergency otherwise I have to sit at the service center while my car is serviced. More
